From the entire staff at Senior Connections, we'd like to give a big thank you to everyone that visited us at our annual Superior Farmers Market Cook-Out yesterday. Whether you made a purchase, donation, or simply stopped by to say hello--- thanks to you we raised $648.00 for our Companion Pet Program which helps Douglas County, WI Meals on Wheels recipients! Many thanks to Luann Teige, and our board members Denise Kovaleski, Cindy West of National Bank of Commerce, Ron Leino, Kay Johnson, Kathy Schulties for volunteering at the cook-out. Luann, Denise, and Kay provided the desserts, thank you! ~Our Executive Director Dale Johnson was at the helm grilling for you...excellent!~

The 21st Annual Duluth Senior GO Show presented by Medica, is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the DECC in Duluth. This event, the largest of its kind in the region, celebrates individuals aged 55 and older with nearly 100 exhibitors, engaging presentations, interactive demonstrations, and live entertainment.

Marie from Senior Connections volunteered at the Duluth Airshow on July 5th and July 6th for the Walk to End Alzheimer's - Twin Ports Area and raised $225.06 for our walk team--Team Superior!
